Cancellation Policy We value your time and ask that you respect ours. ✨ Appointments canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice may transfer their deposit to a future appointment. ✨ Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the loss of the deposit. ✨ No-shows and same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the deposit and may require full prepayment to book future appointments. ✨ Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule and forfeit their deposit to avoid disrupting other scheduled appointments. ✨ Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred once with proper notice.
